Warranty

Warranty period is 12 months

In case of malfunctions of the device that cannot be fixed remotely (during a consultation with our specialists), ‘Bioscanner’ is accepted for warranty or out-of-warranty repair.
Reliability criteria meet standards of GOST 27883, GOST 27.605 and GOST 20.39.312. Quality of the equipment manufactured by us is confirmed by ISO 13485 certificate.
