Warranty

Warranty period is 12 months

In case of malfunctions of the device that cannot be fixed remotely (during a consultation with our specialists), ‘Bioscanner’ is accepted for warranty or out-of-warranty repair.
Reliability criteria meet standards of GOST 27883, GOST 27.605 and GOST 20.39.312. Quality of the equipment manufactured by us is confirmed by ISO 13485 certificate.

Prior to contact the technical support, we strongly advise
to download and install the latest version of the software from our website.

IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEMS
with software or hardware (program is unstable: hang up, disorderly close-down, data transfer delay or glitch occurs, etc.) please do the following:

Fill in the form below to contact the technical support;
Specify the buyer’s information;
In detail, point by point, describe your problem and what you did before the problem occurred;
Attach the program screenshots with error descriptions to the message. A screenshot can be taken by pressing PrtScn button on the keyboard when you see a software message on the screen. Then the taken screenshot can be pasted into an opened Word or Paint document (‘Edit Menu’ –‘Paste’), saved with a filename of your choice and sent us as an attachment to the form.
It is highly not recommended to take pictures of the monitor screen using photographic camera or camera phone, because such image is too unclear. It makes analysis of the issue much more difficult.

CORRECT OPERATION OF BIOSCANNER
and its software on the user’s computer is not guaranteed if the following software is installed on user’s computer:

Counterfeit and/or game software;
Free antivirus programs (a kind of AVAST);
Similar hardware/software of other firms.
